Our client is searching for 3rd line support technician, practiced in a Windows Server environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the IT infrastructure of a leading global professional services firm in the midst of expanding their New York office. This is a long-term contract role which will last until at least the end of 2012.
Interested parties must be available for interview on the 8th, 9th, or 10th of February.
Essential Requirements:
Previous and significant experience in a 3rd line support role
ITIL Foundation Certified - If not you must have a demonstratable familiarity with ITIL and be willing to become certified in order to start working in this role.
Good general networking skills [Cisco]
MS Exchange Server
BlackBerry Server
Infrastructure Support
Enterprise Environment
Must be willing to travel to Washington D.C. once per week
Professional Services background
Top-shelf customer service ethic
Flexible attitude in terms of covering the shifts of co-workers
Desired Skills:
Experience working SQL Servers
Understanding of IIS & ISA
Compensation: $30-$45/hour
